REVIEW Fall a novell from Cold Mark saga by Scarlett Dawn

Hello everybody, how i promisse the review of Fall...
First of all i had an amazing read hope you all enjoy this book!!!

Fall blurb:A savagely wicked new adult sci-fi series blasts off with Fall, the first novella in The Cold Mark Saga...

Only one thousand Humans survived The Travel from the shattered Earth. Some Humans say it was their penance for crushing such beauty. Eighteen-year-old Braita merely thought it was pathetic - pathetic that her people had been that blind.

Now, the Humans live in the solar system, Kline, where three planets are habitable. Joyal, the smallest planet, is embraced by the Humans - their family to love as they had never loved Earth. Though a planet covered mainly in water is dangerous real estate to dwell upon.

Their worry turns into devastating reality when Braita’s blessed village is struck by a tsunami. Population numbers must be kept to a minimum. Drastic measures must be taken. Braita’s life is twisted in brutality when she is chosen as one of the three hundred Humans to be removed from Joyal…and sent to the Mian, the aliens to fear, on the planet Triaz.

Thrown head first into a barbaric world she knows nothing of, Braita must adapt to a dark life as a slave of the Mian society. Her existence depends on it…and possibly, the fall of her heart.

My review:

Courage, struggle and the FALL of the heart....
The story starts with the description of the life on Joyal, in the solar sistem Kline(there are three planets habitable: Joyal, Triaz and Egyac), 300 years after Earth. The story focuses on the life of 18 years old Braita Valorn. After a tsunami hit her planet, the President is forced to send three hundred people on Triaz and three hundred on Egyac. The heroine is choose to be send on Triaz, the planet of the mian's, an alien race to be fear from, because for the mian the humans were just slaves. After the arrival on Triaz the custom requires a battle, the human men with the mian's men, so called the 15 minutes battle!!! I liked that Braita showed so much courage and that she is a true friend for Jax(her pal from Joyal)!!! The encounter with the four Pluma's is remarcable, and the life following after beeing choose to accompany the Pluma Wazra and Pluma Kreob on their part of the planet is soooo interesting. There she will learn what the touch and sexual contact are!!!  Because everything on Joyal was cloned and the touches strictly prohibited. But for deeper details you have to read the book and enjoy the beautiful description and the scandalous "encounter" between the two Pluma's. :))
Characters well defined and the action is realistic. So....i just wait the next book of this saga, the end of the of Fall is "ripping".... Good work Scarlett Dawn!!! a big 5 STARS from me!!! You won me!!! and i purchased the Forewer Evermore saga i just wait to start reading...

how i promisse review Close Liaisons and Twist me by Anna Zaires....

Well, i have to say that there are days&days when i like to read romances, then other days when i like new adult sci-fi, some days i like thrillers...and the list remain open...
Some months ago reading some reviews on goodreads.com i accidentally clicked on a book titled ''Close Liaisons'' written by Anna Zaires...the turbulent love between Mia and Korum....well i said: ''let's give some credit!!!''
The story it's a nice trip from hate to love, how it's said: between hate and love it's a thin line!!! I liked the sexy passages, the wild love, the ''over protective'' Korum, and Mia who belived in her feelings. Korum was such a character....i think that if one day i will meet an alien definitely i want to be the Krinar Korum. :) :)
You know, sometimes love hurts, but in the end the real love will change all and everything!!!

''Twist me'' is a story a little more human, but starting from the same premise like the previous narrative: the kidnapping!!!
What do you do when you are kidnapped, taken to a private island and raped?
Julian it's a enigma for the 18 years old Nora, a beautiful dangerous man, with the power to make her skin burn and tremble. After a while she is being kidnapped and taken to an island where she will find the true nature of Julian, he will continue to be a mistery for the young girl until the moment when she will find that she really care about him. Nora finds also that she has a guardian, a keeper of the house in the person of Beth, a misterious woman just like the devil Julian. The action in the first part of the narration it's concentrated on the relation of  sado-maso, a relationship that ultimately will be embraced by Nora. Day after day the hate turns in love, pain in pleasure and in the end the surrender to love. The sex scenes were hard, mayby a little too strong for my tastes but in the end i enjoyed a good action, a Julian who has had his reasons for hurting Nora and a friendship that goes beyond all...

I recommend the two stories each one with different places and characters, strong and hard ones, well.....in the end love comes softly!
enjoy your reading..... S.M
